- Free delivery on all orders over AED 100
- Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM
- Fulfilment: Shipped via trusted courier partners across the UAE
Please note: Deliveries are not processed on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Returns & Replacements
As our products are food items made for consumption, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement and make it right.
